Exista atatea posibilitati de a pastra legatura cu altii in prezent, incat devine greu pentru un utilizator sa pastreze o evidenta a contactelor si intalnirilor. Serviciul "agenda online" oferit de Plaxo incearca sa rezolve aceasta problema cu ultimul software lansat, Plaxo3.0, care functioneaza pe interfata AJAX. Plaxo a fost fondat in 2003 de co-fondatorul Napster, Sean Parker, impreuna cu Minh Nguyen, Todd Masonis si Cameron Ring, si avea rolul de a ajuta utilizatorii sa tina evidenta agendei de e-mail, prin trimiterea automata de e-mailuri catre contactele listate. Plaxo 3.0 ofera o gama larga de optiuni, dintre care: o noua interfata web, software pentru Mac si Windows plus o varietate de optiuni mobile, ca versiunea WAP 2.0 pentru utilizatorii GSM, care poat efi downloadata la www.plaxo.com. Serviciul valabil pana acum doar in engleza, a fost lansat si in versiune franceza, germana, japoneza, portugheza, chineza si spaniola.
